✨[Human Design IRL #1 ] On ignoring the "whispers" and finally moving forward

Human Design IRL: Issue 1

Hi lovely Reader!

Welcome to the first edition of my weekly newsletter: Human Design IRL!

Each week, I’ll be sharing real-life examples from both myself and my clients (with permission!) of how we're successfully integrating human design into our lives, businesses, and even parenting.

This week, I wanted to share a personal story.

I recently went on an incredibly healing trip to Sedona, Arizona that validated my intuition (my inner authority) on every level. I have been recently been grappling with some big decisions in my life, and I caught myself falling into old patterns of overanalyzing everything, especially because what my splenic authority was telling me didn’t seem to make “logical” sense.

And I wanted to debunk a myth that often comes up in traditional teachings about the splenic authority – that’s if you don’t acknowledge it immediately, you’ll never hear it again.

While it can start out as a quiet “whisper,” it doesn’t disappear entirely if you don’t act on it right away. Admittedly, it can be hard to tune into, especially when you’re around others or being influenced by external energy. But what I’ve learned is that for really big decisions, that whisper only gets louder and harder to ignore when something is truly right for you. (if you’re seeking support in making business decisions, be sure to check out my Ultimate Guide to Growing Your Business with Human Design which covers each of the seven different authorities)

Now, this may vary for you based on your past conditioning and other factors, but I’ve found that when I give myself quiet space to tune in, the next step forward becomes crystal clear.

That’s exactly what my trip to Sedona was all about. It was my first solo trip in eight years (!!), where I was able to get quiet, enjoy the beauty of the red rock landscapes, connect with powerful vortexes, and know exactly what I wanted to do next.

So, if you have a splenic authority, trust that first instinctive knowing. Don’t worry too much if it feels like it’s gone forever—because from my lived experience, it does come back. But it’s so much easier if you trust it the first time. 😉

Atop the beautiful Cathedral Rock vortex!

A quick update: I’ve updated all of my pricing on my website to Canadian dollars, which will mean significant savings for many of you, depending on where you’re located. You can check out all my offerings here.

And guess what? I’m starting a podcast! This was what my splenic authority had been guiding me towards for months now and one of the big decisions I made while in Sedona. I’m looking for guest experts to join me on The Conscious Motherhood Podcast—a space where we explore the spiritual, energetic, and intuitive side of motherhood. If you have wisdom to share on topics like spirit baby communication, astrology, energy work, pregnancy or conscious parenting, I’d love to hear from you!

xo,

GG

Human Design IRL: Issue 4 Happy Tuesday lovely Reader! It’s time for another edition of Human Design IRL! Today I want to tell you about Kate - a projector and therapist who, for quite some time, was feeling totally burned out by her schedule. You see, she genuinely loved working with her clients, but the way her days were set up left her feeling completely drained. She was seeing clients back-to-back, without any built-in time for rest. And with her emotional solar plexus open, that meant...

Human Design IRL: Issue 3 Happy Tuesday lovely Reader! It's time for another edition of Human Design IRL! Today I want to share the story of my client Lauren, a 2/4 projector who was feeling totally overwhelmed trying to grow her business on Instagram. She told me, “I know I’m supposed to be visible, but every time I try to post consistently or promote my offers, I feel like I’m forcing it. And then I burn out and disappear for weeks.” Sound familiar? Lauren was getting caught in a common...

Human Design IRL: Issue 2 Hi lovely Reader! It's time for another edition of Human Design IRL! Today I wanted to talk about my client Samantha, who was at her wits' end dealing with her strong-willed 7 year old son. She found that no matter what she would say to him, he was always pushing back. He didn't seem to listen to anything! She found herself getting very frustrated by it and would often end up losing her temper. He was angry with her a lot of the time and would often say he was "sick...
